The number of buyers looking online on one of my sites has dropped this month but I am still busy with offers and showings. Perhaps with all the good weather some have returned to looking in person rather than online.
The two graphs below represent the average and median price range of homes that potential buyers are looking at on one of my web sites.

While I don't wacth a lot of news on TV last nights caught my attention They were speaking about the stability in the housing market across Canada and the two hot spots Vancouver and Toronto.
